I LOVE soccer season. When it isn't going on its SO boring. Every weekend there is a game and we practice twice a week so it takes up quite a bit of our time. Anyway-Turkey played again Saturday and did awesome! No goals this time but she tried REALLY hard!!! She did play keeper and managed to keep ALL the balls from getting in the net. Way to Go Girls!! We lost 3-2 though. Bummer. But someones gotta loose right?
Nothing really exciting happen this weekend. OH wait! How did I forget???? We took the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood this evening and a Boxer came CHARGING at Bella. We walked by and he was barking and carrying on but we just went on about walk then all of a sudden he got out of the fence and made a MAD dash down the street. He bit Bella but that was it. He got scared when Cooper turned around and decided he probably wasn't going to win a fight against him. She wasn't hurt but she was definitely on her toes the rest of the time. Thankfully no one was hurt but I think Hubby is going to have to talk to them. Its not like he dug out or something. He was able to jump the fence and to me that is just unacceptable!!! If you have a dog like that you need to make sure you take the proper precautions. We were just minding our business walking in the street-not even in his yard and he went nuts. I know there are many kids that play down that way and heaven forbid if he got a hold of a child!!!!! Can I call Animal Control about this? I know dogs get out but there was something about this one that really made my nervous.

Our dog that got stolen jumped the fence all the time. We finally tied her up because we sure didn't want to be sues.
But if she had threatened another person like that then I would have gotten rid of her immediately.
I think if they jump the fence and come out in the street then you can do something about it. How scary!
Exactly. It wasn't the fact that he got out it was that he was pretty dang aggressive when he did. I just knew we were going to be on the news for getting mauled by a crazed dog. I am aware that dogs are going to get out sometimes but when they have that temperment they need to take other precautions. There are a couple dogs that roam the neighborhood but they just mind their own business. To me that is just fine, its when they start getting overly protective that it is a problem.
